- Where did the name 'Copper & Salt' come from?
It's kind of a long, round about way that the name came to be, so I'll try to be brief.  'Copper' represents the owner, Amanda, and her red/copper hair.  'Salt' has two different meanings.  One is that our salon is located in Saline county, home of the famous salt bowl.  The second and more meaningful meaning comes from Matthew 5:13 which states '"You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless."'  When you come to Copper & Salt Salon my hope is that we will add flavor and richness to your lives, just as salt does to food. 

- How do I get to the salon?
If you ever visited us as 'Escape Salon' we are still in the same location! If not you can follow the directions below.
Coming from Benton -
Take exit 123.
Go to red-light facing Chic-fil-a and take a left (Reynolds Rd) to cross back over the interstate.
Go to the red-light where it T's with AR-5 (CVS will be on your right) and take a right.
Pass Goodwill, Hallmark, and Gateway Bank.
You then will see a shopping center on your left, Northside Center, with a Bryant ice machine in the parking lot.
Take a left into that parking lot and you have arrived!!
Coming from Little Rock - 
Take exit 123.
Turn right between Ashley's Furniture and the car wash (Marketplace Ave).
Go all the way to the stop sign where it T's with AR- 5.
Go straight across AR- 5 and you will be in our parking lot!!

- How does the level system work?
At Copper & Salt Salon we have stylists at every level. There are a few different factors that go into determining what level a stylist is at. (1) Number of years a stylist has been working in the industry. (2) Amount of continuing education the stylist has taken. (3) Overall quality of work. 
Our Junior Stylists (JR) have approximately 1-8 years of experience. Our Senior Stylists (SR) have approximately  9 -19 years of experience. Our Advanced Stylists (ADV) have 20+ years of experience.

- Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?
All of our stylists are independent stylists meaning they make their own schedules. Saturdays are by appointment only. On weekdays to guarantee an appointment that works best for your schedule, it is best to call ahead of time. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. 

- What is your Booking and Cancellation Policy?
We understand things happen and sometimes you just can't help but miss your appointment. Due to the recent rise in no-shows and cancellations we are having to update and revise our policy.

BOOKING  POLICY

  • All New Client appointments require a credit card upon booking

  • If you are a current client and do not have a card on file, your stylist will add your card to your client profile for your future bookings.

  • Specialty services such as Balayage, Color correction, Chemical Straightening, and Extensions require a 50% deposit of anticipation service amount.

  • Deposits are to be paid immediately but no longer than 72 hours after the appointment is booked.

  • All Deposits are non transferable and non Refundable

CANCELLATION  POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you cancel 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time. Anything after 24 hours, is subject to a fee of the anticipated service amount at your stylists pricing level.

  • Specialty Services must be canceled 72 hours before appointment time. (Balayage, Color correction, Chemical Straightening, and Extensions etc..

  • No Shows will be subject to 100% of the anticipated service amount at your stylists pricing level. After the 3rd No show/No call you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of your next appointment, which must be paid within 72 hours after booking.

Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of your appointment.
